The team at East Valley Veterinary Clinic is an absolute lifesaver. When my pet had a health scare, Gabe and Shelley fit us in for a last-minute appointment right away. Dr Nikki Butler and technician JJ were so gentle, reassuring, and compassionate. They truly love animals and treat them like their own. I am so grateful for their excellent care.

East Valley is an amazing vet office. Dr. Butler is a treasure for our family pets. They are extremely honest, trustworthy and caring. Yes, they're busy and yes it sucks someone to get in but the staff is worth it . We've been with them for 12yrs and continuing

Great experience. The Doctor had great “bedside” manner with both my dog and me. Gave my buddy the care that he needed. Didn’t try to up-sell me on care or medication(s) that we didn’t need.

Having just moved to SLC from out of state I was experiencing a great deal of analysis paralysis over where to establish new care here in the valley and landed on East Valley Vet after reading some positive testimony. Full disclosure, I have only just had my first appointment, but Dr. Mai and vet tech Jay were hands down the most pleasant pair of veterinary professionals I have ever dealt with in my decades of veterinary visits. They were very kind and empathetic from start to finish, listened to my little guy's lengthy history, asked plenty of questions, and then provided reasonable and intelligent recommendations and insights for my cat's various health conditions that have never been explained to me prior. This gave me a great deal of context that was missing and I am optimistic about their plan of care. I can confidently recommend them based on the experience I had with this first appointment. Also, I was very pleasantly surprised at how affordable the visit was, though this was just for an establishing care general checkup, so I cannot speak to the cost of more involved procedures.
