Can’t say I recommend unfortunately. The boarding is fine. The docs themselves are fine, but the vet techs and sometimes front end folks are not pleasant to interact with. They are always pretty non conversational and lackadaisical, get the vibe they don’t love what they do but we can deal with that if we have to. It’s the lack of care that made us finally decide to try a different vet. As an example, took our dogs in to express anal glands and trim their nails. They were done in like 5 minutes with both dogs which normally I would be happy about the speed, but in their case they are fast because they are careless. Not only do they just do a poor job trimming the nails in general, they expressed the anal glands and my dogs back end was just covered in it completely and they basically just walked out threw our dogs to us and walked back to the back. Ive never had them so carelessly perform these tasks and not even bother to clean up the nasty anal gland juice all over my dog. Always a really unpleasant experience.This is not the first type of situation like this so it’s just not worth giving our business to.

My husband and I have been bringing our two cats to Town and Country for the past four years and our experiences have consistently been excellent. We especially enjoy our visits with Dr. Merrimen and truly appreciate his expertise, professionalism, and kindness. We highly recommend Town and Country to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care for both themselves and their animals.
